About the position

The North East Regional Steel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development and sales for a family-owned steel fabricator operating in the Eastern United States. This remote position requires the candidate to have established contacts within the steel industry, particularly with fabricators, erectors, and general contractors, to achieve significant annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the regional sales manager for the North East, focusing on business development.
  • Utilize expertise in pricing structural steel work to drive sales.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with major national and regional contractors and erection subcontractors.
  • Negotiate scopes and contracts with clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator.
  • Strong contacts throughout the steel industry.
