About the position

Guthrie Corning Hospital is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collegial team dedicated to advancing cardiac care in Corning, New York, and beyond. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, including various cardiac and vascular testing and treatments. The position offers excellent professional growth opportunities, including teaching roles with medical students and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient and inpatient cardiac care.
• Conduct cardiac and vascular testing and treatments.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization.
• Engage in vascular and endovascular surgery.
• Participate in cardiac surgeries including TAVR, electrophysiology, PVI ablations, ICD, and CRT-D implantation.
• Offer non-invasive testing services.
• Consult on inpatient cases at Corning Hospital and potentially at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Non-Invasive Cardiology.
• Experience in cardiac and vascular testing and treatments.
• Ability to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Teaching experience with medical students or residents.
