About the position
The Non CDL Delivery Driver position at Shrader Tire & Oil involves driving a box truck with a lift gate to deliver products to various customer locations. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading products, which may include 55-gallon drums, 330 totes, package goods, and tires. The job requires physical strength as the driver will need to stack tires up to 6 high and manage unmounted tires stacked up to 8 high. Additionally, the driver will perform pump-offs of oil and lubricants as part of the delivery process. At the end of the delivery route, the driver may be required to engage in some warehousing activities, which include unloading and loading products using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Completing required paperwork, including work orders and signatures, is also a critical part of the job. The driver will be responsible for maintaining inventory, which is conducted once a month. This position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing drivers to return home every night. Responsibilities

- Complete required paperwork including work orders, signatures, and possible CODs.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks.
Requirements
- Must have a safe and verifiable driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a DOT medical card.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
