About the position

FoodPRO is looking for a full-time Night Selector. The night selector is responsible for picking product in our warehouse using a voice pick headset system (BFC) and will help load trucks for the next day's deliveries. Night Selectors get paid an Incentive - Piece Pay Rate (averaging $25/hr); training pay is $18/hr. Criminal background checks and drug screens will be conducted prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Select orders in an accurately, safe, and consistent way using an electric pallet jack
• Selecting pieces and building pallets for next day deliveries
• Stacking pallets correctly
• Work well with other team members
• Maintain per hour piece count while keeping error rate low

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Strong work skills and detail for task performing
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

Nice-to-haves

• Motorized pallet jack/rider experience
• Experience working in a warehouse
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Picking (selecting orders) experience
• Night shift experience
