As an Armed Security Officer at Precision Security Team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the public at your assigned location. Your responsibilities will include addressing security concerns and handling requests as needed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients and the community. Every Security Officer at Precision Security Team is entrusted with delivering an exceptional experience for our clients while safeguarding their interests. It is essential to uphold the company’s professional image at all times—whether interacting with clients, the public, or law enforcement. As a member of our team, you are expected to embody and demonstrate Precision Security Team’s core values and code of conduct in all aspects of your work. The schedule we are looking to fill is 10:30 pm-6:30 am Monday through Wednesday for a total of 24 hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for the public at assigned locations.
- Address security concerns and handle requests to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for clients while safeguarding their interests.
- Uphold the company’s professional image at all times.
- Respond to alarm activations and investigate potential threats.
- Create clear, concise, and accurate professional reports.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate with team members.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Pass required national background check.
- Eligible to legally use a firearm.
- Previous firearm experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to work the posted hours without modification.
- Able to work overnights long term.
- Able to obey all traffic laws, signs, and regulations at all times.
- Wear required uniform throughout the entire duration of assigned shift.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior military or law enforcement experience.
- Experience with de-escalation techniques.
- Proficiency with computer systems and report management tools.
