About the position

The Night Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to guests during overnight shifts while managing laundry operations. This role includes checking guests in and out, processing laundry, maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. The position requires a commitment to guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, checking them in and out according to company guidelines.
• Process all laundry, including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens and other items.
• Process dishware in compliance with company standards, including washing and packaging.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry with appropriate products to maintain PAR levels.
• Set up and maintain the grab and go breakfast in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct periodic tours of the property to ensure safety and security, reporting any issues to management.
• Clean assigned areas of the hotel as needed, including the front desk and common areas.
• Utilize the property management system for guest check-ins and check-outs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills for handling measurements and calculations.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
