Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for a variety of patients.
- Execute individualized patient assessments to create a personalized plan of care.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
- Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptoms are displayed.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs when necessary.
Requirements
- Current RN License
- CPR Certification
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience
