Our In-House Sitters provide opportunities for our customers to see their dream home.
Responsibilities
- Walking Spec homes to ensure proper cleanliness of the house.
- Ensure model homes are well cleaned.
- Update signage as needed and ensure that it is correctly placed.
- Show homes to potential buyers and answer questions.
- Write up sales contracts as needed.
Requirements
- Active real estate license required.
- A positive 'Can Do!' attitude.
- Strong work ethic.
- Coachable team player.
