About the position

The NetSuite Technology Manager at GIR Software Services, LLC is responsible for deploying and implementing NetSuite solutions tailored to unique industry business processes. This role involves supervising and mentoring junior consultants, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and managing technical deliverables across multiple projects. The manager will also lead integration projects, optimize existing NetSuite accounts, and collaborate with executive leadership to explore new features and functions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement NetSuite solutions for e-Commerce business processes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants with work allocations and guidance.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectural diagrams and business solutions.
• Direct development and consulting teams to execute strategies and resolve technical challenges.
• Automate and customize backend NetSuite ERP solutions as needed.
• Review and upgrade legacy Suite Scripts from 1.0 to 2.0 or latest versions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work on integration projects with various platforms such as SPS Commerce and Shopify.
• Lead integration sessions to architect and implement integrations with NetSuite.
• Partner with business and leadership teams for new NetSuite ERP modules and optimization roadmaps.
• Manage technical deliverables and oversee the technology team in Houston and India.
• Manage multiple customer projects and collaborate with NetSuite technical team members.
• Work closely with executive members to explore new native features and functions.
• Lead NetSuite implementation for accounting transactions and GL reconciliation.
• Assist the controller and team with accounting training before closing books.
• Utilize technical expertise in NetSuite ERP functionality and development.
• Publish KPIs for marketing, merchandising, and accounting executives' dashboards.
• Implement NetSuite WMS for multiple warehouse locations.
• Provide guidance for documenting standard development best practices and policies.
• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Assist the Technology Director/VP/Project Manager with project status updates and risk management.
• Travel to attend business conferences and provide technical training internationally.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior NetSuite Developer.
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, development, and customization.
• Experience with NetSuite modules such as warehouse management system, Suite Analytics, and Reporting.
• 2 years of experience using Suite Script 2.0, Workflows, RESTful API, and Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA).
• Experience in designing dashboards using portlet or custom KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with third-party integrations such as Boomi, Celigo, SPS Commerce, and SFTP.
• Ability to work in unanticipated locations for client interaction and user training.
