About the position

The NetSuite Systems Manager will oversee the management and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its effective configuration, customization, and integration to support business operations across three business units within Sandvik's portfolio. This role requires collaboration with various departments to align the system with organizational goals and business processes, while also providing user support and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite system, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training on NetSuite.
• Implement custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts (SuiteScript) to tailor the NetSuite environment.
• Ensure data integrity, manage data imports/exports, backups, and system audits.
• Collaborate with vendors or internal teams to manage integrations with other software platforms.
• Continuously review and improve system performance, scalability, and functionality.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members in NetSuite administration, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls for system security.
• Lead or participate in NetSuite-related projects, such as upgrades and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations, maintaining system documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role managing ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management).
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is preferred.
• Proficient in creating custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and saved searches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial processes and data management best practices.
• Experience with data migration, imports, and exports using CSV or SuiteCloud tools.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations and how to manage them.

Nice-to-haves

• NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is a plus.
• Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, technology, or finance is beneficial.
• Experience in managing ERP projects, system upgrades, and NetSuite module implementations.
