About the position
The NetSuite Functional Consultant - Manager role at PwC involves leading teams to implement and optimize NetSuite solutions for finance organizations. This position focuses on helping clients achieve their digital finance goals through effective use of enterprise technology, particularly in finance transformation initiatives. As a manager, you will guide problem-solving efforts, coach team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables while addressing complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations as a functional lead.
- Manage teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
- Implement NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules.
- Work with NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Management module and SuiteBilling module.
- Design complex NetSuite customizations and integrations, ensuring compatibility with available integration platforms.
- Conduct various types of testing required in system implementations, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations based on data and insights.
- Coach team members, recognize their strengths, and encourage personal development.
- Simplify complex messages and highlight key points for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience in executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, including general ledger functions and month/year-end close processes.
