Responsibilities
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Parts ordering/Receiving
- Oil sample analysis data entry
- NetSuite Purchase order entry and tracking
- Clerical work/Computer Entry
- Work with Production services technician to ensure all packing slips and invoices are received
- Work closely with the Plant Forman on new parts needs
- Dossier data entry/ Maintenance records
- Net Suite Data entry/ Invoice approvals
- Production data entry
- Fuel Data entry
- Learn and perform scale house duties
Requirements
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, NetSuite
