About the position

The Specialist, IT Application Development role focuses on developing cost-effective web solutions for the NAMC IT area, specifically supporting the Clients Mortgage Business. The position requires expertise in C# and ASP.NET web programming, along with skills in CSS development and Microsoft SQL programming. The role also involves on-call duties and off-hour support for web applications, ensuring production support is maintained effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective web solutions for NAMC IT areas supporting Clients Mortgage Business.
• Provide on-call duties and off-hour support for web applications.
• Design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
• Document programs and maintain high-quality standards in application development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET web programming.
• Experience in CSS development and Microsoft SQL programming.
• Familiarity with IBM MQ (Message Queue) Series interface.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and eDirectory.
• Experience in Classic ASP and VB.NET application programming.

Nice-to-haves

• Mortgage experience is preferable.
