About the position

The National Parts Manager at Tourism Holdings Limited is responsible for overseeing and supporting the parts departments across company stores and managing the central warehouse operation. This role focuses on optimizing purchasing and stocking patterns to enhance inventory efficiency and implementing a centralized supply system through automated restocking and distribution. The manager will also maintain the company's ERP system to ensure accurate parts and stocking information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide parts departments at company stores and manage the central warehouse operation.
• Review and optimize purchasing and stocking patterns to increase inventory and purchasing efficiencies.
• Expand a central supply system through automated restocking and a central distribution facility.
• Maintain records of parts transactions, reconciling orders and deliveries, and tracking costs.
• Create and maintain parts lists for vehicles in the fleet.
• Maintain a damage cost manual for use at branch locations.
• Assist in the creation of an inventory and centralized ordering system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Possession of a current California State driver's license.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of lateral thinking.
• Ability to multi-task and perform simple math without a calculator.
• Experience in RV parts or technical background is a plus.
• Warehousing experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in management (1 year preferred).
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.
