The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority. Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle. The National Latino Engagement Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the Latino Engagement program at the DCCC. This position will help advise constituency research, earned media strategy and paid communications across the House Battlefield. This person will work across departments and serve as a strategic partner to understand, engage and communicate with Hispanic and Latino voters and communities, build relationships with values and mission-oriented partners, and uplift the DCCC and its candidates to these groups and voters.
