Everywhere foam goes, FXI innovations lead the way.   Job Summary: The National Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, opening, and supporting new retail accounts and must reside within the eastern or central time zone. This position's focus includes business development, customer relationship building, forecasting, marketing strategies, market competitiveness reviews and programs' P&L.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by implementing strategies for expanding the company's program involvement with these key accounts
  • Maintain consistent communication with customer base and establish yourself, and FXI, as a primary partner/resource
  • Work closely with key Merchandising decision-makers to identify opportunities that align with FXI's growth strategy
  • Champion new product launches working closely with team's Program Manager, as well as, FP&A, Product Management and key Operational leaders to develop, establish, and launch successfully
  • Anticipate future trends of the business and creatively drive change
  • Be a role model and mentor for the company's mission, vision and values
  • 7+ years sales experience in account management, sales or business development in the mattress or furniture industry
  • Ability to focus on the details and organization necessary for managing, and expanding, a multi-million-dollar customer base
  • Demonstrated success managing large, national accounts with proven revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and recommend actionable strategies
  • Strong understanding of MS Office
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time is required
  • Prior CRM and SAP experience is a plus
