About the position
The Nanny/Babysitter position at Crunch Care involves providing exceptional childcare services to families in need, ranging from infants to teenagers. The role is flexible, allowing for part-time or full-time hours, and requires availability Monday through Friday. Caregivers will be scheduled through an app and are expected to deliver high-quality care in the homes of children, ensuring their safety and well-being while engaging them in various activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide childcare services to families in their homes.
- Engage with children of various ages, from infants to teenagers.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's needs and activities.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Complete an online orientation to prepare for caregiving duties.
Requirements
- 2+ years of childcare experience with infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children.
- CPR Certification.
- Driver's License and access to a car (not required in NYC and SF).
- Stellar communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice-to-haves
