About The Position

RPM Living is expanding in the Chicago area and is seeking talented multifamily professionals for multiple properties. They are hosting a career fair on Wednesday, June 3rd, with sessions from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Henry at Harms Woods in Skokie, IL. Candidates will have the opportunity to meet with leadership and learn about career opportunities. They are interviewing for all onsite positions, including Community Manager, Maintenance Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Associate, and Maintenance Technician. Some positions may not be immediately available but are expected to open soon. Candidates are encouraged to bring an updated resume.

Requirements

• All positions will prefer a Valid Driver's License.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver.
• Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires.
