About the position

Vivo Infusion is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager, preferably a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner, to oversee patient care activities and daily clinical operations across multiple infusion centers in New Jersey. This role involves managing a team of 30 healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and empathy. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with remote work and on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage patient care and daily operations within the infusion centers.
  • Foster an environment that upholds company policies, procedures, mission, values, and expectations.
  • Execute protocols and quality initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
  • Directly oversee teams of Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, and Administrative Assistants.
  • Manage team members, including conducting weekly 1:1s, creating measurable goals, and approving timecards.
  • Train new team members and work with HR on recruiting, hiring, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with external partners, staff, and patients.
  • Manage and oversee regional budget including labor costs and supply utilization.
  • Lead, coordinate, supervise, monitor, and document all aspects of patient care activities.
  • Ensure and coordinate training, growth, and development opportunities for all clinical team members.

Requirements

  • Current and valid New Jersey Nurse or Advanced Practitioner licensure.
  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Bachelor's degree program.
  • 2-4 years of healthcare experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year IV experience.
  • 2 years of experience managing or supervising direct reports and business operations.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and insured reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves
