Responsibilities
- Oversee tax and compliance deliverables for the Family Office.
- Alert leadership to technical tax matters and provide guidance on resolution.
- Ensure compliance through timely filings, extensions, and comprehensive tax return reviews.
- Conduct tax research to support the client service team on complex issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client engagements.
- Assist with revenue management, including billing preparation and reviewing work-in-progress.
- Communicate technical tax implications effectively to both clients and the internal team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in fiduciary tax, compliance, or consulting.
- Knowledge of entity taxation and investment practices for high-net-worth clients.
- Client-focused with strong technical expertise.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members.
