About the position

The Multi-Family Electrical Foreman at Romanoff Group is responsible for leading electrical projects in both residential and commercial settings, particularly focusing on multi-family residential projects. This role involves providing on-site direction, managing materials and deadlines, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations. The foreman will also be involved in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide adequate on-site direction and leadership to fellow coworkers
• Manage material, deadlines, and quality control of installations
• Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot various electrical components
• Repair and replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Closely follow all state/local building regulations from the National Electrical Code

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in the residential/commercial electrical field
• Experience working on multi-family residential projects
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Valid driver's license
• Fire Alarm License is a plus
• Completion of an Accredited Apprenticeship Program is a plus
• Must adhere to company screenings
