About the position
The MS Dynamics Developer with CRM platform role is a full-time position based in Concord, NH, focused on developing and maintaining applications within the MS Dynamics CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly with MS Dynamics CRM, and will be responsible for creating custom applications, enhancing system performance, and ensuring the stability of CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications on the MS Dynamics CRM platform.
- Create custom C# applications related to DevOps processes like CI/CD.
- Automate unit test cases and conduct performance testing.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Develop plugins, actions, and JavaScript for CRM applications.
- Design and implement CRM forms, screens, views, workflows, and dashboards.
- Prepare technical and requirement design documents.
- Conduct performance tuning and stabilization activities for CRM applications and web services.
- Prepare technical/business documentation for bug fixes and change requests.
- Manage application administration and deployment activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM platform.
- 8+ years of experience as a software developer.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, WCF, and RESTful services.
- Experience with SQL Reporting, SSRS, and SQL language.
- Development experience with plugins, actions, and JavaScript.
- Experience in preparing technical and requirement design documents.
- Experience with performance tuning and stabilization activities for CRM applications.
- Experience with application administration and deployment activities.
