Responsibilities

• Develop customized Dynamics 365 solutions
• Review, merge, and improve the code base on performance aspects and company best practices
• Lead, supervise, and review work of team members
• Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and identify software efficiency bottlenecks
• Handle multiple projects while adhering to company's IST guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years proven MS Dynamics Finance and Operations Developer experience
• Excellent technical design, analysis, implementation, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence on key initiatives
• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Extensive experience in Microsoft technologies
• Understanding and experience in Business Process Functions
• Ability to prepare and understand Business Requirement Document
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Familiarity with MS 365 F& O Development
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
