MRI Technologist
About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist! This is your opportunity to provide care to patients while doing what you love! Provide high quality MRI exams and procedures to aide in medical diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Provide the best images possible to radiologists and providers for interpretation. Provide high quality service to customers in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Ensure safety of patients entering MRI Scan suite. This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours/2 weeks) position, primarily working 8- or 10-hour day shifts. The schedule is rotating to include PM and weekend hours. Call rotation is one week (Monday-Thursday) every 16 weeks, and weekend rotation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is one every 5th weekend. The position is located on-site in La Crosse, WI and Onalaska, WI.
Requirements
- 6 months of clinical experience in rad tech program
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or graduate of an accredited MRI program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist-Radiography (ARRT)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
