About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of oneself and team members, adhering to the production schedule, and achieving daily production goals for rubber/phenolic goods. The position requires maintaining a low scrap rate and ensuring workplace organization in accordance with 5S standards. All other duties as assigned will also be part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work up to 6 days per week if required.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and swing shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliability and punctuality to meet production schedules.
• Attention to detail to maintain quality and minimize scrap.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workspace.
• The employee is frequently required to stand for an extended period of time.
• Walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
