About The Position
Join Rowe Ford Sales as a Mobile Service Technician, providing expert maintenance and repair services for Ford and Hyundai vehicles directly at customer locations in Westbrook, ME. This dynamic role combines technical skill with customer service to ensure vehicles are running safely and efficiently without the need for customers to visit the shop.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford and Hyundai vehicles.
- ASE certification or equivalent automotive technical qualification preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with an ability to work independently in mobile settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Hyundai vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repairs, service needs, and timelines clearly.
- Manage tools and equipment effectively while maintaining a clean and organized work environment in a mobile service vehicle.
- Document all work performed and parts used accurately for service records and billing.
- Stay updated on Ford and Hyundai vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations while working on-site.
