About the position

As a Mobile Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals on their health journeys. This position is perfect for those who thrive on personal interaction and enjoy helping others achieve their health goals without the pressure of building a client base. You will be responsible for delivering DEXA scans and providing personalized health education to clients in various settings, including community centers, gyms, workplaces, health fairs, and hospitals. Your work will involve driving our mobile scan vans, setting up events, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. You will also engage with clients, celebrate their successes, and support them through challenges, fostering rewarding relationships over time. In this role, you will take ownership of your events from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that clients receive the best possible experience. You will also assist with general administrative tasks and maintenance duties related to our storefront, machines, and equipment. The position requires flexibility, as event times can vary, and you may need to start early to accommodate travel to different locations. Responsibilities

  • Drive mobile scan vans to various locations including community centers, gyms, and hospitals.
  • Deliver DEXA scans and provide personalized health education to clients.
  • Set up and tear down events, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Engage with clients to celebrate their successes and support them through challenges.
  • Assist with remote customer service and sales support as needed.
  • Perform general administrative and maintenance duties related to storefront and equipment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Must have at least one weekend day available each week.
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to start work early to accommodate travel to events.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience as a personal trainer, health coach, or fitness trainer is a plus.
