About The Position

Our Blood Institute is seeking a hands-on leader for a supervisory position in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys being in the field, and is passionate about coaching and developing others. The position focuses on building and leading a team that ensures an outstanding experience for volunteer blood donors, keeping the team motivated and engaged. The organization is committed to integrity, service, and rewarding dedication while serving its life-saving mission.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience
  • Healthcare or medical experience is required
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule to include early morning, late evenings and weekends
  • Must be willing to drive coach vehicles
  • Must be able to provide MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift, bend and reach up to 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Additional pay if fluent in Spanish
  • Relocation bonus negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support team members in a collaborative environment
  • Adheres to and/or perform all duties in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Perform phlebotomy, take vital signs, and assess donor eligibility
  • Help create a positive, welcoming donor experience
