About The Position

Mix product accurately and in sufficient quantity to supply to the press room product which will produce quality parts. This role requires the ability to read and interpret mixing formulations, accurately measure and dispense liquid chemicals, and operate a forklift safely. The position also involves building constructive relationships, performing related duties, and understanding press room production requirements and inventory rotation using the first-in/first-out method.

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret mixing formulations.
• Able to lift 50 lb. bags and boxes for extended periods of time.
• Able to accurately measure and dispense liquid chemicals.
• Able to operate forklift safely and move material throughout the plant.
• Able to work independently.
• Lift Truck License required.
• Must know press room production requirements.
• Ability to communicate to employees and Supervisor.
• Ability to understand and maintain proper inventory rotation using the first-in/first-out inventory method.
• Standing/walking most of the shift.
• Heavy physical labor required to lift 50 lb. bags and boxes for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use and maintain equipment.
• Ability to climb onto and off of mixer platform numerous times during shift.
• Must be able to pass Pulmonary Function Test for respirator use.
