About the position
The Mitigation Project Manager will oversee restoration construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules. This role is crucial for managing client relationships and resolving construction-related issues effectively, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in the restoration industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Anticipate problems and proactively develop solutions
- Monitor quality of all workmanship in detail
- Stop work when necessary and provide training to independent contractors as needed
- Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve construction and budget issues
Requirements
- Experience in Restoration/Mitigation Construction
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer literacy required
- Xactimate experience highly preferred
- IICRC certifications highly preferred
- Knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Autocad
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Experience with Procore
- Proficiency in Excel
