EverPass Media is looking for a driven, hunter-minded Mid-Market Account Executive to sell streaming content to customers in the hospitality space. You’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market hospitality groups with between 10 and 100 locations, operating in deals that feel enterprise in complexity but require startup speed and grit. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, wants real ownership, and is excited to help shape how we sell — not just follow a playbook.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of B2B closing experience, ideally in SaaS, media, hospitality tech, or subscription services to the hospitality industry
  • Proven history of delivering revenue targets / quotas
  • Experience hunting, closing, and managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Experience navigating multi-location or multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable building pipeline from scratch — not waiting for inbound
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate without a lot of structure
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to bars, restaurants, franchises, or hospitality groups
  • Background in sports media, streaming, or entertainment
  • Previous startup or early-stage company experience

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Sell EverPass Media’s sports streaming platform to multi-location bars, restaurants, and hospitality groups including franchise operators
  • Prospect creatively and consistently — cold calls, networking, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person opportunities
  • Run discovery with owners, operators, and executive stakeholders to understand rollout plans and revenue impact
  • Deliver tailored demos and commercial proposals for complex, multi-location deployments
  • Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to win deals and improve our go-to-market motion
  • Bring feedback from the field to help shape messaging, pricing, and product direction
  • Consistently hit (and stretch past) aggressive revenue targets
