Now, we’re expanding our presence in the US and looking for a new member of our Mid-Market Account Executive team to help convert our strong inbound pipeline into high-value customers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar).
  • Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.
  • Top performer: You have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team
  • Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record in outbound sales.
  • Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline—we’re currently 100% inbound.
  • Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (<2 500 employees | $40k-$60k land deals | 3 months sales cycle on average)
  • Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process.
  • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies.
  • Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth.
