About the position

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role involves providing technical and management leadership, ensuring best practices in solution architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project objectives. The specialist will also focus on optimizing and maintaining CRM systems while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establish goals and plans that align with project objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Conduct detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts to address client-specific or mission-critical challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical specifications and system designs.
  • Ensure solution architectures follow best practices, addressing security, scalability, performance, and CI/CD integration.
  • Perform complex and advanced architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing, and operation in support of system development, engineering analysis, and research.
  • Support the ATO and accreditation processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other CRM tools for data migration and integration.
  • Skilled in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse and integrating it with Office 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and MS Teams.
  • Strong grasp of SDLC with proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of implementing RBAC, object-level permissions, and field-level security.
  • Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization between CRM and external systems.
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Experience ensuring Section 508 compliance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAFe (PI Planning), Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate (MB-280) certification.
