About The Position

The Program Manager provides ownership and accountability for missionary programs, which may consist of products, processes, and projects. They work under the direction of the managing director or a director and regularly receive direction from those sources and/or General Authorities. The Program Manager ensures that directed outcomes are accomplished, and that missionary needs are strategically anticipated and approached. The Program Manager translates direction into vision and strategy and oversees the products and project management effort. Working with product managers, key stakeholders, personnel, and other resources, this position ensures that solutions meet quality expectations in terms of functionality, timeline, cost, and performance. He/she coordinates the activities of inter-departmental teams to successfully complete the development of extremely complex business solutions. This is a senior level role. This position is an at-will role and is initially a fixed-term appointment for up to two years, with the possibility of extension up to five years and potential consideration for a permanent role based on organizational need and performance.
