Could you be the full-time onsite Methods & Tools Industrial Quality Engineer in Hornell, NY, US we're looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial quality and digitalization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll drive impactful improvements in data quality, processes, and digital tools to enhance industrial quality standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (IT department, industrial teams, and quality control teams), deliver industrial quality standard trainings, implement new ways of working, and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities, processes, and performance
  • Developing and deploying processes, tools, and quality standards (e.g., Quality Control Plan) with industrial teams
  • Ensuring detection improvement through the implementation of innovative digital tools
  • Delivering Industrial Quality Standard Trainings to staff members
  • Managing activities related to car history books, including traceability and configuration
  • Defining workstation audit planning, ensuring adherence, and building improvement plans at the site level based on REX (Return of Experience)
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Quality Boards

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical)
  • Experience or understanding of quality processes in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with a variety of test equipment and digital tools
  • Experience with digitalization and industrial quality management processes
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for continuous improvement
