Responsibilities
- Operate industrial grinding machines including belt grinders, rotary grinders, and surface grinders.
- Use overhead cranes to move materials safely within the worksite.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to maintain quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in an industrial setting.
- Experience operating industrial machinery such as belt grinders and milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of machine operations.
