Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Deep understanding of high-end brand positioning and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and merchandising software/tools.
