About the position
As a Merchandising Part-Time Days associate at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that retail stores are well-stocked with the latest merchandise, organized displays, and accurate pricing. This position involves collaborating with team members and vendors to meet customer needs and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching product displays at retail locations.
- Follow detailed merchandising project plans.
- Complete merchandising resets.
- Rotate and price store merchandise.
- Work with vendors and support and review their work.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- Experience with web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Availability to work overnight and weekends as required.
Nice-to-haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
- 3 months experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
- Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws).
- 6 months experience on a retail sales floor or in a general merchandising setting.
