Starting at $20 hourly Job Description Primary Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico Merchandiser: Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail stores utilizing attendance/punctuality, attention to detail, customer service, and dependability/reliability.

Requirements

Must be over 21 years of age and posses a valid Driver's License.
Must meet company driver qualifications.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Ability to read, write, communicate and present information effectively, including in one-on-one or small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees.
Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats and to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
Ability to organize competing priorities, find solutions for customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.
regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted.
occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays in retail stores.
Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.
Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.
Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.
Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.
Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.
Keep a Productivity and Safety mindset.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
