About The Position

This is a full-time supervisor position located in the Merchandise Department working variable and flexible days with working hours to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Benefits will be offered after successful completion of a sixty (60) day introductory period. This is a promotional opportunity and is an internal/external recruitment.

must have demonstrated supervisory experience
a merchandise background with knowledge of merchandising mathematics
mark ups, pricing are required
knowledge of computerized cash registers

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Retail Operations Director, assist in training of merchandise leads, merchandise associates
assist in ordering of merchandise
record tardiness, absences, and scheduled time off
conduct performance appraisals
counsel employees including disciplinary action as appropriate
collect damaged merchandise and record amounts
escort associates to shops
perform shift changes
establish work schedules
resolve employee and guest complaints
prepare employee time for personnel
conduct the opening and closing of the merchandise shops
other duties as assigned
