We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving the lives of those with mental health illness as we expand our growing company! Requirements
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- High School diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Work experience with children and adolescents and/or within a medical office preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and implementation of clients' behavioral programs by providing care and close supervision of facility clients
- Documenting behavior
- Developing positive relationships with clients and co-workers
- Following facility policies and procedures
- Implementing treatment plans
- Providing crisis intervention as necessary
- Document patient updates
- Behavior Management
- Ensure patient safety
- Work towards treatment goals utilizing appropriate tone and volume while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
