About The Position

Horizon Group Home is looking for a Part Time Overnight Mental Health Technician. This role provides assistance and strategies to individuals to help them live as independently as possible. Responsibilities include supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans, assisting with daily activities such as socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, and shopping. The technician will accurately document progress, review records, and stay updated on service plan changes. They may also provide clinical expertise for specialized populations and accompany individuals to medical appointments, relaying information to and from providers. Travel between sites, to individual's homes, and into the community is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid AZ driver's license required
Must be 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services preferred

Responsibilities
