About the position

The Membership Sales & Service Agent role at AAA NCNU involves providing exceptional service to members through phone interactions, promoting AAA products, and ensuring member satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to over 100 member calls a day.
• Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Adhere to assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches.
• Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment.
• Receive career development and opportunities for promotion to other positions.

Requirements

• Excellent multitasking and computer skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction.
• Willingness to learn and ability to actively listen and engage members to overcome objections.
• Ability to connect directly to ISP via ethernet with specified internet speed requirements.
• Schedule flexibility to work during call center hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of a criminal background screen.
