About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate (MSA) role at Glide Xpress Car Wash is a full-time sales position focused on converting customer interactions into long-term relationships and recurring revenue through membership sales. This role is ideal for competitive, outgoing, and performance-motivated individuals who want to control their income and grow quickly within the company. The MSA is responsible for greeting customers, presenting and selling membership plans, explaining value and benefits, and creating a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Performance is directly linked to earnings, with top performers earning $60,000–$70,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans
Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way
Create a positive, memorable customer experience
Track sales and work toward daily and monthly goals
Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)
Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets
