Key responsibilities include acknowledging members, verifying membership cards, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and safeguarding company assets. Additionally, you will assist with training new associates on company processes and technology, deliver new program training, and identify opportunities for continuous learning and process improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining the area of responsibility, identifying shrink and damages, and complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. This role emphasizes respecting individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, and building strong relationships. It also involves acting with integrity by maintaining high ethical standards and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
