As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you’ll handle transactions while fostering meaningful relationships, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional advice based on our members’ needs and aspirations. This role is based in our North Region, covering the Canora and Preeceville branches, and requires travel within the region. Our MSRs are dedicated to building strong relationships with our members in-branch, whether assisting with daily needs or leveraging their knowledge of credit union products and services to help our members succeed. We expect our MSRs to be patient and motivational, taking full responsibility for every member interaction by delivering exceptional, accurate, and relevant service. This commitment helps build member loyalty and achieve our corporate goals. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to commit to a call-in schedule.
