About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team. As the first point of contact for members visiting the branch, the MSS will ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves providing general information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products and services, performing various member transactions using different systems, and resolving member concerns effectively. The position also requires demonstrating ICCU's core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Eligibility for membership at ICCU.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies.
Ability to reach keyboards.
Ability to operate basic office machines.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.
