About The Position

As a Member Service Representative for our Ormond Beach branch, you’ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free. The MSR role starts at $18.00/hour, with the opportunity to self-promote and receive a pay increase in your first year! You’ll welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive. You will perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. You will educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently. You will assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly. You will maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions. You will support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates for lending, account services, or investment solutions. You will maintain the appearance and organization of your teller station and the branch environment. You will participate in individual and team coaching sessions to build product knowledge and improve member service skills. You will live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in everything you do.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to serve others and help them improve their financial lives.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

  • Previous customer service, retail, or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
