Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma.
Friendly disposition.
Knowledge of excellent customer service practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Effective conflict resolution skills.
Accurate in cash handling.
Strong organizational skills.
Good judgment in decision making.
Ability to work a variety of hours including weekends and evenings.
Must obtain food handler license.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule the Concession/Member Service Desk Attendants.
Greet members warmly and assist with service desk operations, such as scanning membership cards.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Replenish items at serving stations.
Manage inventory control by assessing stock levels and prepping product orders.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the assigned area.
Operate the cash register.
Prepare food.
Sell snacks and drinks.
