It also includes opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts, explaining products and services, and cross-selling as needs arise. The position requires a focus on increasing member satisfaction and account retention, meeting sales and service goals, and making outbound calls to existing members. Problem resolution, maintaining cash drawers, initiating wire transfers, processing various account types (IRAs, CDs), and assisting with branch operations and security are key responsibilities. The role also involves representing the credit union professionally, maintaining a neat work area, responding to communications promptly, and completing product knowledge courses. Travel may be required, and compliance with all regulations is mandatory.
